La Rénovation Globale de l’Habitat | CEE BAR-TH-164?
This exceptional overall renovation bonus aims to financially encourage owners of individual homes in mainland France to carry out efficient overall renovations of their real estate assets, particularly when it includes changing their old boilers powered by fossil fuels.
Pour bénéficier de cette aide exceptionnelle, aussi appelée le « Coup de Pouce à la Rénovation performante d’une maison individuelle », les travaux de rénovation globale doivent être réalisés dans le cadre de la fiche d’opération standardisée BAR-TH-164, définis par une étude énergétique offerte.
Votre logement doit cumuler plus de 130 m2 habitable?
En effet cette nouvelle aide à pour but de supprimer au maximum les émissions de gaz à effet de serre et ne s’applique ni pour les appartements, ni pour les maisons de moins de 130m2. Le gouvernement a voulu se concentrer sur les principales sources de gaspillage énergétique et ainsi à décider de s’en prendre d’abord aux grandes surfaces habitables.

Votre logement doit être une passoire énergétique.?
En effet le gouvernement comme dit plus haut s’attaque aux principaux émetteurs de Gaz à effet de serre. Il faudra donc être classé comme “passoire énergétique”. Soyez tranquille, on vous aide dans la démarche, et on vous offre un diagnostic énergétique pour voir la faisabilité de votre logement.

Votre maison individuelle doit avoir plus de 2 ans.?
Vous ne prévoyiez pas de faire une maison neuve et de faire payer son isolation par l’État j’espère ? En tout cas cela ne sera pas possible. Dommage.
PLU (plan local d’urbanisation) à l’appui, votre logement doit avoir plus de 15 années d’existence.
Rien ne vous empêche d’acheter un bien immobilier et de réfléchir à améliorer sa consommation énergétique en empochant de belles aides au passage. L’écologie, ça a du bon quelques fois.

Technical points of eligibility
The work must include at least one insulation operation from the following three categories
a) Thermal insulation work on walls on an area of ??at least 75% of the total surface area of ??the walls facing the outside and implementing an insulation process from the inside or from the outside
b) Thermal insulation work on roofs implementing an insulation process comprising one or more thermal insulation materials on a flat roof or roof slope representing at least 75% of the total surface area of ??the roofs
c) Thermal insulation work on the floors of lost attics and low floors and representing at least 75% of the total surface area of ??the floors of lost attics and low floors located between a heated volume and an unheated basement, a void sanitary or an open passage.
This work must enable and achieve a reduction in annual conventional primary energy consumption (without deduction of self-consumed or exported electricity production) for heating, cooling and domestic hot water production uses, equivalent to at least 55%.
Apart from connection to a heating network, improvements to heating or domestic hot water production equipment must not lead to:
- the installation of boilers consuming coal or fuel oil; Or
- the installation of boilers consuming gas other than condensing; Or
- an increase in greenhouse gas emissions.
The energy study is carried out in accordance with article 8 of the decree of November 17, 2020 relating to the technical characteristics and methods of carrying out the works and services whose expenses are eligible for the energy transition bonus.
The company carrying out the energy diagnosis and meeting the requirements of the standardized operation sheet BAR-TH-164 cannot subcontract all or part of the study. The visit to the building for the purposes of the energy study, in particular, is carried out by the company carrying out the energy study; this visit requires the physical travel of a person from the company to the location of the operation.
